How does the online consultation work?
You select a service area, pick an available date and time slot, and book your session. At the scheduled time, you connect via a secure Google Meet or Zoom link provided in your email confirmation to speak with your astrologer.
Can I share my partner's birth details during a matching session?
Yes, during a Kundli Matching consultation, you should provide birth dates, times, and places for both individuals. The astrologer will calculate both charts and analyze compatibility across all 8 Vedic categories (Ashtakoot Guna Milan).
Do I get a written report after the live video call?
Yes. Every live video consultation includes a written summary PDF report containing your birth chart wheel, planetary position metrics, key dasha timelines, and recommended remedies sent to your email within 24 hours.
Payments & Policies
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot by clicking the reschedule link in your email, or by contacting our WhatsApp support team.
